Job summary

Finastra is seeking a Cloud Delivery Manager to lead Application Operations Engineers for our payment solutions in public cloud environments. You will drive deployment, reliability, security, and continuous improvement across global client deployments.

You will manage CI/CD, IaC, and 24x7 operations, ensuring high uptime, strong security, and compliance while coordinating with Development, Services, and Infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cloud operations, DevOps, SRE, or application support teams in enterprise/financial services.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and/or GCP; container technologies and IaC.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments.
• Proven ability to run mission-critical production environments with uptime and security requirements.
• Experience with large payment systems or high-volume transaction platforms is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Application Operations Engineers for Finastra payment solutions in cloud environments.
• Drive deployment, reliability, security, and continuous improvement of payment apps.
• Govern CI/CD and IaC practices for automated build, deployment, and ops.
• Oversee 24x7x365 production operations in a follow-the-sun model.
• Ensure 99.9% uptime SLAs and participate in incident recovery & DR testing.
• Maintain security, resiliency, vulnerability management, and audit compliance.
• Lead cross-functional programs and resource planning with senior leaders.
