Job summary

Fiserv, with Clover, seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to scale AWS/Kubernetes infrastructure and automate deployment using Terraform. You will work across regions to ensure performance, reliability, and security in a fintech environment serving large venues and merchants.

You will design data layers, implement observability, and mentor teams, bridging software and infrastructure in a fast-paced cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Linux/Unix.
• Proven track record in developing and scaling SDLC pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• 4+ years running scalable, cloud-based systems.
• 4+ years working with RDBMS and Document Storage.
• Advanced proficiency with Docker, GitHub, and automated release strategies.
• Proven track record with Terraform.
• Coding/scripting in Python/Bash, Node, or Ruby on Rails.

Responsibilities

• Operate and scale AWS infrastructures across multiple regions.
• Manage high-performance Kubernetes clusters.
• Design and maintain GitHub Actions workflows for testing, security, and deployment.
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform.
• Architect high-performance data layers and manage storage.
• Implement observability with monitoring tools such as New Relic, Dynatrace, or Datadog.
• Lead Technical Design Reviews and mentor teams on SRE principles.
