Job summary

Google LLC seeks a Director of Learning Technology to drive delivery of a new learning platform and lab experiences for internal sales, training, partners, customers, and developers. You will lead multiple teams across regions, set strategic direction, and ensure scalable, user‑centered solutions.

You will guide platform capabilities, data‑driven decision making, and an AI‑inspired culture to deliver personalized learning experiences for diverse users and enterprises.

Qualifications

• 15 years of engineering/product leadership experience across inception, design, implementation, and launch of B2C and B2B products.
• 15 years of experience managing an engineering team.
• Experience leading engineering of products in a multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a next‑generation learning platform and labs for internal sales, technical training, and partner/customer/developer training, while maintaining current platforms.
• Direct reports and multiple engineering teams globally, contributing to long‑term direction, strategy, and stakeholder support.
• Be responsible for strategic direction, staff, cost, methods, performance, and our technical platform.
