NVIDIA Corporation seeks an engineering director to lead the software teams behind our cloud compute infrastructure and bare‑metal fleet management. You will shape architecture, drive capacity planning, and scale secure, reliable compute services for NVIDIA engineering across diverse hardware generations.

Qualifikationen

15+ years in software engineering, distributed systems or cloud infrastructure.
7+ years leading engineering teams and engineering managers.
Experience owning services of a public or private compute cloud.

Aufgaben

Lead software engineering teams for cloud compute, bare-metal fleet management, and CI infrastructure.
Set direction for compute control planes, provisioning, and capacity management across servers, VMs, and containers.
Automate bare-metal lifecycle: discovery, bring-up, imaging, firmware/config, reprovisioning, and recovery.
Build CI services to allocate hardware, provision test environments, collect diagnostics, and restore known states.
Define SLAs, improve observability, isolate failures, and drive incidents to fixes.
Hire, coach, and develop engineers and managers; align teams with production readiness.
