NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a visionary leader to drive a performance engineering program within its Developer Technology Engineering group in Santa Clara. You will lead a distributed team, collaborate with developers, and push innovations to extract maximum performance from NVIDIA CPUs and GPUs across data centers and cloud environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on optimization, architectural rigor, and strong cross-functional leadership to influence both hardware and software platforms.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in CS/CE or related field (or equivalent).
• 7+ years total with 4+ in a technical role and 3+ in leadership.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and impact.
• Hands-on low-level optimization, including CUDA.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and solid algorithms know-how.
• Deep CPU/GPU architecture expertise.
• Proven track record building high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
