Job summary

You will partner with cybersecurity, data architecture, and CoE teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions and advocate for modern software delivery models in enterprise-scale programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with 6+ years in director-level data/AI engineering roles.
• Experience architecting and delivering cloud-based data pipelines and AI/ML platforms.
• Strong expertise in AWS data services, data pipelines, and platform observability.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud-based AI and analytics strategy across cross-functional teams.
• Define vision, roadmaps, and delivery plans for data platforms and SaaS workloads.
• Ensure secure, compliant handling of workforce data and align with cyber/risk/GRC teams.
