McKnight Place Assisted Living and Memory Care in St. Louis seeks a Director of Clinical Services to lead nursing and clinical operations, elevate resident care, and drive quality and compliance.

As a senior clinical leader you will mentor RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and support staff; oversee care plans, regulatory requirements, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifikationen

• An active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri.
• Proven nursing leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or a related healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and resident-centered care.
• Exceptional communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
