Job summary

ShareHouse in Grand Forks, ND seeks a Director of Clinical Services to oversee the Residential program, supervise clinical and residential staff, and promote the program within the community.

The role requires leadership in policy development, budget stewardship with the President and Controller, staff training, licensing compliance, and active advocacy to advance client care and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years related work experience with at least 2 years of management/supervision.
• Licensed Addiction Counselor certificate or ability to obtain license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of clinical staff in group and individual settings.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings, review treatment plans, and manage performance with goals.
• Deliver training on licensing requirements, policies, procedures, and program changes.
• Develop and maintain program policy and procedures and ensure records are up to date.
• Collaborate with President and Controller on annual program budget and fiscal compliance.
• Attend meetings to align organizational goals and share information with staff.
• Provide group/client services and facilitate sessions as needed to ensure quality care.
• Advocate for ShareHouse externally and promote the program in the community.
