Job summary

Bedrock Recovery Center in Canton, MA is seeking a Full-time Clinical Director to lead the clinical team and oversee regulatory compliance. You will manage staff, supervise clinical practice, and ensure high-quality care within state standards.

Responsibilities include policy development, staff productivity oversight, budget management, and crisis response. A Master’s in a relevant field and MA licensure are preferred, with 5+ years in addiction treatment and 2+ years in supervision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in drug and alcohol treatment settings.
• 2+ years in a manager/supervisor role.
• Master's degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred.
• Independent licensure to practice in MA.

Responsibilities

• Develop policies to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality care.
• Set and monitor staff productivity for timely service delivery.
• Provide clinical supervision to staff to ensure quality and proper records.
• Oversee budgeted expenses and grow the center through marketing and recruitment.
• Make clinical decisions aligned with program goals and philosophy.
• Respond to patient crises and coordinate crisis interventions.
• Complete diagnostic evaluations and treatment plans accurately and timely.
• Provide comprehensive case management and comprehensive clinical planning.
