Bedrock Recovery Center in Canton, MA, seeks a Clinical Director to lead the clinical function of the facility. You will provide effective leadership to clinical staff and direct activities in line with state regulations and center goals.

You will oversee clinical programs, ensure high-quality care, and drive staff development, productivity, and compliance while supporting growth and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication, observation and written skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal patient confidentiality laws.
• Experience with crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
• Experience with addiction treatment in residential or intensive outpatient settings.

Responsabilités

• Develop policies to ensure regulatory compliance and high quality care.
• Set and monitor staff productivity to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain center budgeted daily census.
• Provide clinical supervision for staff to ensure quality and compliant record keeping.
• Address staff performance and conduct reviews as needed.
• Coordinate marketing and recruitment efforts to grow the center.
• Foster referrals and support program growth and patient care outcomes.
• Make clinical decisions aligned with program goals and philosophy.
• Respond appropriately to patient crises.
• Complete diagnostic evaluations and treatment plans accurately and promptly.
• Provide competent case management.
• Plan and develop the clinical program through staff development and prioritization.
