Job summary

SierraVista in Johnstown, CO is seeking a Director of Clinical Services focused on therapy to lead behavioral health programs and ensure integrated care across psychiatry and substance use treatment.

The role supervises therapists and clinical staff, develops programs, and drives quality improvement while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Independent clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) required.
• 3+ years of behavioral health therapy experience, with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Strong background in psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee therapy services, including individual, group, and family therapy programs.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate therapists, case managers, and clinical support staff.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement therapeutic programming that supports recovery and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with medical and nursing leadership to ensure an integrated care approach.
• Provide clinical oversight, training, and professional development opportunities for therapists.
• Monitor documentation, treatment planning, and utilization review to ensure quality and efficiency.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (with leadership on-call responsibilities)
