Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical ABA experience.
• Minimum 2 years of BCBA supervision experience.
• Experience mentoring staff and leading clinical teams.
• Strong understanding of clinic operations and P&L management.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic performance including service delivery, utilization, census, and staffing.
• Ensure clinical teams meet billable targets and service expectations.
• Monitor and improve clinical quality, supervision, and treatment outcomes.

The Director of Clinical Services is a key leadership role responsible for driving clinical excellence, operational performance, and team development within the clinic. This role partners closely with regional leadership to expand services, oversee clinical programming, and mentor a high-performing team of clinicians.

Lead Clinical & Operational Excellence

• Ensuretimelycompletion of documentation and reports
• Partner with families to support engagement and clinical progress
