Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a BCBA to lead supervision and mentorship for our behavior interventionists and supervisors. You will develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with a passionate team to support clients across our California programs.

The role emphasizes hands-on client care, effective parent training, and growth opportunities within a clinician-led organization committed to making a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Strong mentoring and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to empower clients and families.
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians focused on growth and development.
• Deliver parent training and support.
• Stay hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals.
