Job summary

SNFout in the Greater Milwaukee, WI area is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to partner with the Director of Nursing and ensure smooth nursing operations on-site. The role requires active RN license in Wisconsin and leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.

You will supervise the RN, LPN and CNA teams, oversee daily clinical operations, audit records, support staffing and onboarding, and contribute to survey readiness and QAPI initiatives.
