City Teaching Alliance seeks a Director of Clinical Practice in Dallas to lead the regional clinical experience for fellows, align coaching with coursework and licensure milestones, and ensure certification readiness. You will coach fellows, monitor progress, and place them in suitable school settings while guiding regional coaches and ensuring program quality.

The role requires a master's in education and strong experience in coaching, educator prep, and equity-centered practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or related field required.
• Significant experience in instructional coaching, teacher development, or educator preparation.
• Knowledge of certification requirements, compliance, and licensure processes.
• Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience with systems such as Salesforce, Experience Cloud, Asana, Grow preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional clinical practice strategy and execution for fellows.
• Design a high-quality clinical practice experience aligned to standards and equity goals.
• Coach fellows in clinical settings with actionable feedback.
• Review progress with leadership and implement interventions for at-risk fellows.
• Supervise and develop the regional team of instructional coaches.
