Qualifications

• BCBA certification required; Texas LBA eligibility preferred.
• Leadership, supervisory or clinical management experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage competing clinical priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and family-communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the BCBA team to maintain high standards of care.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical workload and ensure timely deliverables.
• Establish and monitor clinical deadlines and treatment plan updates.
• Monitor development of clinical materials and programming.
• Maintain accountability across in-person and remote work.
• Provide clinical coverage during staffing transitions and growth.
• Bridge gaps by assisting with new clients and building caseloads.
• Visit at least one client per BCBA each week to stay connected with families.
