Qualifications

Graduate degree (M.A. or higher) in education or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years K-12 classroom experience.
Minimum of 2 years in instructional coaching or school-based leadership.
Experience in urban public education as teacher, staff developer, or administrator.
Strong facilitation and mentoring history with early-stage teachers.
Commitment to equity and anti-racist coaching practices.

Responsibilities

Design and implement high-impact coaching cycles with fellows, including goal-setting and reflection.
Plan coaching aligned with CTAs scope and sequence and related rubrics.
Coordinate scheduling and logistics of coaching activities.
Examine standards and materials prior to coaching sessions.
Provide data-informed feedback and document coaching activities in CTA timelines.
