Berman Health Club in Naples, FL seeks a Director of Clinical Performance, a full-time leadership role for a licensed PT (DPT) or ATC with at least 5 years of clinical experience and leadership experience.

You will build treatment systems, mentor clinicians, improve patient outcomes, and help shape the future direction of our fast-growing performance and longevity company in Southwest Florida.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT (DPT) or ATC certification required or preferred.
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience with leadership or management exposure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor our clinical team.
