Berman Health Club in Naples, Florida is seeking a Performance Coach / Athletic Trainer (ATC preferred) for a full-time or part-time role. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $90,000+ with bonuses and leadership growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• ATC preferred certification or extensive athletic training experience.
• Active adults or athletes experience a plus.
• New graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Coach golfers to gain distance and improve performance.
• Coach pickleball players to return to court pain-free.
• Help active adults regain strength and confidence for travel, hiking, or playing with grandchildren.
• Build relationships and celebrate wins; contribute to client life transformation.

What You'll Actually Do

Every day is different.

One hour you may be helping a golfer gain 20 yards off the tee.

Qualifications

• Athletic Trainer (ATC) preferred
• CSCS, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Personal Training, or Strength & Conditioning backgrounds encouraged to apply
• Experience with active adults or athletes is a plus
