• Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Experience in regulated outpatient facility or clinic settings.
• Ability to manage staffing, budgets, patient access and quality improvement.
• Knowledge of NYSDOH/OMH regulations and compliant practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily oversight for clinical operations across services.
• Manage scheduling, registration, patient flow and follow-ups.
• Oversee referrals and feedback to maximize patient volume.
• Establish intake, handoffs, testing and referral completion procedures.
