careviso seeks a Director of Clinical Operations in Vienna, VA with hybrid work. The role leads clinical operations, data management, and QA of configurations within our platform. You will guide onboarding, ensure payor policy alignment, and drive process improvements across teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in clinical operations with leadership, strong Excel and data skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach to solving complex healthcare workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare data with progressive leadership.
• Direct people management experience and ability to coach and develop teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented thinking and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, client data management, and system configuration accuracy.
• Interpret and communicate clinical and lab information, including ICD-10/CPT codes.
• Lead data-driven process improvements and onboarding operations quality.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure workflows and configurations are accurate and ready for implementation.
