Endeavor Health is seeking a Director, Clinical Applications for Procedural Areas to lead lifecycle management, upgrades, and support of Epic modules across Lab and Perioperative Services. You will drive reliability, user experience improvements, and innovation in partnership with operations.

This senior role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and strategic planning to align technology with clinical goals in a hybrid, IL-based environment (Warrenville or Skokie).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare IT with leadership experience.
• Experience supporting Procedural Clinical Application areas (Epic Beaker/Optime) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns operational performance and support for the assigned applications portfolio, ensuring system stability and timely issue resolution.
• Directs day-to-day application support operations including incident management and change control processes.
• Provides direction for solution implementation and optimization projects with planning, setup, testing, and deployment.
• Establishes metrics to drive continuous improvement in application support.
• Translates business requirements into specifications for operations and stakeholders.
• Leads governance and collaboration with domain leaders on priorities and workload.
• Manages vendor relationships to meet enterprise needs and support agreements.
• Mentors direct reports, overseeing budgets, policies, and talent development.
• Stays current on technologies and promotes adoption of best practices.
• Develops strategic roadmaps and aligns IT initiatives with organizational goals.
