Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Director of Clinical Engineering Operations to lead day-to-day CE activities across a nine-hospital system, including biomedical engineering and imaging maintenance. You will ensure equipment uptime, PM compliance, and drive improvements while partnering with site leadership and vendors to deliver safe medical-device service.

The role requires 10+ years in CE or related field and 5+ years of supervisory experience, with a Bachelor’s in Electronics or Biomedical

Qualifications

• Bachelor degrees in electronics or biomedical engineering or related technical field.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years in clinical engineering or equivalent technical discipline; 5+ years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day CE operations across all sites; oversee service and PM completion and equipment uptime against KPIs.
• Manage site-based CE leadership; set performance expectations and succession planning.
• Oversee equipment performance and contractor service, elevation of deficiencies, and contract remediation recommendations.
• Lead complex CE projects including pre-purchase evaluations and total cost of ownership assessments.
• Manage CE operating budget; monitor spend, explain variances, and support capital planning.
