Job summary
Your Health is seeking a Director of Clinical Education to design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive educational programs for our West Columbia team. The role requires strong clinical leadership to mentor staff, promote evidence-based practice, and drive learning initiatives across departments to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications
- Active RN licensure in good standing.
- At least 3 years of clinical experience.
- Master’s in Nursing Education or related field preferred.
- CNPD or related certification preferred.
- Strong adult education knowledge and methodologies.
- Experience with online or blended learning programs.
- Proficient with technology tools for remote monitoring and EMR.
Responsibilities
- Serve as clinical resource and mentor for interdisciplinary team.
- Promote evidence-based practice through education and support.
- Identify staff education needs via routine assessments.
- Design, implement, and evaluate innovative learning solutions.
- Evaluate educational programs and adjust as needed.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop training protocols.
- Lead hands-on workshops and simulations.
