Job summary

SystImmune in Princeton, NJ is seeking an experienced Director/Senior Director of Clinical Development to lead design, execution and interpretation of oncology trials. You will collaborate across functions to deliver high-quality data supporting product development and regulatory submissions.

The ideal candidate holds MD, has 2+ years in medical monitoring of oncology trials, and will oversee safety, data integrity, and regulatory compliance while advancing ADC/biologic programs.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent required with oncology clinical trial experience.
• Minimum 2 years in medical monitoring of oncology trials; phase 1/2 required, phase 3 preferred.
• Proven track record in clinical development and regulatory submissions, with biologics/ADCs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of clinical development programs across product lifecycle.
• Oversee execution and integrity of clinical trials with enrollment, timelines, and milestones.
• Monitor trial safety in coordination with Safety team and SAE reporting compliance.
• Drive development and scientific accuracy of protocols, CSRs, and regulatory submissions.
• Act as medical lead on study teams and represent clinical strategy in regulatory interactions.
