Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leadership role to drive US & Canadian market operations, partner enablement, and enterprise client support in payments. You will lead a client-facing team across a matrixed business, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing product enablement for global partners.

The role emphasizes operational readiness, relationship management, and delivering measurable impact within a fintech environment. Collaboration across issuers, acquirers and processors is key.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• Experience in client support, account management or relationship management in payments/fintech/financial services.
• 6+ years in people leadership and performance management.
• 12+ years in client support, account management or relationship management preferred.
• Capital One will not sponsor employment authorization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a core member of the United States & Canadian Markets Operations Leadership Team.
• Lead the Enablement Partner Support team.
• Provide operational support for Discover network participants (issuers, acquirers, processors).
• Deliver operational readiness and improve the operating model.
• Establish and sustain a well-managed operating environment.
• Deliver impactful results and champion a client-facing team in a matrixed model.
• Guide management for onboarding, product enablement, and relationship management for global partners.
