Job Function

• Identify and secure Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) accounts to expand the client base.
• Develop and implement tailored recruitment solutions to align with client and MSP needs.
• Leverage industry insights to optimize service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with MSPs, VMS channels, and senior-level decision-makers.
• Drive expansion into new markets with a focus on enterprise total talent management solutions.
• Oversee client onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new accounts.
• Resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• 3+ years in sales, account management, or client relationship management within the staffing industry.
• 1-3 years of experience working with MSP and/or VMS programs.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage key accounts within a staffing or recruitment agency.
• Familiarity with CRM or ATS systems to streamline processes and maintain data accuracy.
• Must reside within commuting distance to NYC for regular onsite collaboration.
