Director of Client Partnerships - Learning

Location: Remote (preferably in the Eastern US)

Amplity seeks a talented Director of Client Partnerships for our Learning and Development business unit. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and securing new business in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical learning solutions market.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, experience in pharmaceutical training, and a successful sales record in the industry. They will leverage their business development skills to access key decision makers and expand Amplity's learning solutions footprint through strategic account management and customized client solutions.

Responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert, pursuing new opportunities, leading client presentations, developing pipelines, and maintaining client relationships. Knowledge of adult learning strategies and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and LinkedIn are required.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (MBA or higher preferred), at least 5 years’ experience in sales or business development within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors, and strong communication and organizational skills. Willingness to travel up to 30% is expected.
