Job summary

Alpine Bank is seeking a Client Service and Sales Manager to lead and develop a dispersed team of sales officers, driving outstanding client service and organic growth. The role emphasizes relationship-centered coaching, strategic development, and collaboration with senior leaders to expand trust-based client relationships.

The candidate will influence daily client activity, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a positive, growth-oriented culture across Alpine Bank locations.

Qualifications

• Requires proven leadership of client relationships in wealth management or trust services.
• Supervisory/managerial experience in financial services is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, mentoring and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and grows the client-facing officer team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Coaches officers on relationship-based business development to drive sales results.
• Fosters an inspiring culture and supports officers’ career development plans.
• Oversees daily client activity and relationship management with escalation to Senior Management.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory rules and policies by direct reports.
• Leads and mentors training activities to enhance technical and soft skills.
