Job summary

WealthCounsel seeks a Practice Success Coach to coach and educate estate planning attorneys, helping them grow practices and careers. You will develop programs, curate resources, and deliver webinars and training to members and staff.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Learning faculty and external experts, producing practical content and client-focused materials. Remote work with occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and active or previously active attorney licensure.
• Five to ten years of experience practicing law, preferably in estate planning, trusts and estates, or elder law.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or advising attorneys or professionals on practice growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, training, and education for WealthCounsel member attorneys and staff on practice management topics.
• Design programs and resources to help attorneys grow their practices and client base.
• Develop content addressing marketing, business development, profitability, and law firm operations.
• Teach webinars, workshops, and training programs with other coaches and faculty.
• Create articles, newsletters, and course materials for WealthCounsel platforms.
