Job summary

Vizient seeks a senior leader to define strategy, architecture, and engineering of an enterprise CIAM platform powering secure authentication across SaaS products. You will set a multi-year technology roadmap and enable teams to consume identity services through standardized APIs, SDKs, and self-service solutions.

You will guide modernization of authorization, design scalable identity solutions for humans, workloads, and AI agents, and oversee CIAM platform delivery, reliability, and security.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in SaaS security, IAM, or platform engineering.
• Proven leadership of engineering organizations through strategic transformation.
• Deep knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
• Experience with fine-grained authorization models (RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC) and Policy-as-Code.
• Cloud-native with Azure and AWS, Kubernetes, and modern delivery practices.

Responsibilities
