Job summary

Youth for Christ (YFC) USA is seeking a Director of Chapters to lead growth across 110+ chapters nationwide. You will guide strategic plans, empower Chapter Specialists, and collaborate across NSC and divisions to move the Movement toward its goals.

The role requires strong spiritual and organizational leadership, influence-based leadership, and a commitment to mission growth, with a focus on developing teams and budgets in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Five or more years of progressive leadership experience within a national organization or large federated structure.
• Experience building alignment across multiple teams, executives, and boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Chapter growth by guiding strategic plans aligned with The Movement Strategic Plan.
• Direct Chapter Specialists and ensure healthy growth, alignment, and accountability.
• Coordinate cross-department leadership to support NSC priorities and chapter budgets.
• Empower and develop staff to scale mission growth and make sound decisions.
• Apply design thinking to planning, collaboration, and execution to solve chapter challenges.
