Omninet Capital LLC is seeking a Director of Centralization to lead centralized operations across the full resident lifecycle, including pre-tour leasing, renewals, and delinquency, for all communities in the portfolio.

The role will launch EliseAI, integrate it with Yardi, train site teams, and drive adoption while maintaining standardized processes and performance metrics portfolio‑wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in multifamily leasing, marketing, or operations.
• 2+ years in a leadership or management role overseeing leasing/call center/centralized operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Yardi and EliseAI, including a major rollout or implementation.
• Ability to translate pipeline and performance data into actionable strategy and coaching.
• Willingness and ability to travel to portfolio properties as needed.

Responsabilités

• Hire, train, coach, and manage Centralized Leasing Specialists and other centralized staff; establish clear career paths.
• Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews.
• Develop onboarding and ongoing training covering leasing, Fair Housing, platform usage, and brand voice.
• Create staffing models and shift plans to ensure timely follow-up at all times.
• Lead portfolio-wide EliseAI launch, onboarding, go-live, and optimization.
• Train property teams to use EliseAI and monitor performance; feed data for model refinement.
• Serve as primary liaison with EliseAI vendor; manage integration with Yardi and escalation.
• Design training materials for centralized and on-site teams for Yardi and EliseAI adoption.
• Own platform administration across Yardi and EliseAI: permissions, dashboards, automation, data integrity.
• Identify EliseAI capabilities to scale the centralized model.
