Chick-fil-A Shawnee Mission is seeking a Director of Catering to lead our Beyond the Restaurant program, including catering, delivery, and community partnerships at our Shawnee location.

You’ll manage a high-impact BTR team, recruit and coach staff, and collaborate with leadership to extend our brand beyond the four walls while maintaining operational excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all BTR operations — catering deliveries, pickups, and ADPs — ensuring excellence, care, and attention to detail

• Physically able to lift 10-25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
