Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration is preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) is required.
• 3+ years of recent experience in overall acute care Hospital Case Management required.
• 2+ years of experience in case management leadership.
