Job summary

Medical City Dallas, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Director of Case Management. You will oversee hospital case management operations, ensuring compliance, care coordination, and optimal resource use, leading interdisciplinary teams and external partners.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with a Master’s preferred in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration; RN or LCSW credentials are acceptable. Travel is not required, and a strong executive presence is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration.
• RN or LCSW credentials considered.
• 3 years of acute care hospital case management; 2+ years in leadership preferred.
• No travel required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and evaluates departmental case management operations, staffing, tech use, onboarding, and staff competencies.
• Allocates resources to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Oversees core CM functions and practice, ensures care coordination and discharge planning quality.
• Collaborates with CFO, CM Leader, and external stakeholders to achieve goals.
• Monitors performance, analyzes data, and implements improvement initiatives.
• Ensures policy adherence and builds relationships with key leaders.
