Lancesoft seeks an experienced Acute Care Case Management leader for a Days shifts role in Florida. This full‑time, on‑site position supports patients at Sanford and Sun City Center, with days 7–10 hours per week, and occasional on‑call rotations or long days. Pay range is $102,107–$140,000 annually, based on experience.

What qualifications you will need:
