Job summary

Chicago Public Schools seeks a Director, Case Coordination & Support to manage the Student Protections Coordination and Support team. The role ensures proper triage, response to reports of abuse, harassment, and discrimination, and consultation with schools on Title IX compliance.

It is a full-time exempt position paid on a salary basis. The Director will supervise staff, align practices with policy, and guide school administrators on investigation protocols and resource sharing.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant clinical area is required.
• Licensure such as LSW/LPC/LCSW/LCPC is preferred.
• Minimum seven years in child welfare and five years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of direct reports.
• Ensure Title IX and district policy compliance across investigations.
• Oversee school-based investigations and guidance to administrators.
• Develop tracking systems to monitor response timeliness and outcomes.
