Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Director of Carrier Solutions to oversee the carrier solutions team and ensure a robust, qualified carrier network. You will monitor day-to-day operations, manage escalations, and drive KPI attainment across the department.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with executives, negotiate carrier contracts, and build a scalable Carrier Solutions team capable of supporting 60%+ of total freight. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3+ years related experience preferred.
• Associate's degree with 4–5 years related experience preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, 6+ years related experience may be considered.
• Strong business communications and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Carrier Solutions representatives and ensure KPI attainment.
• Manage large-scale projects for the executive team.
• Develop and track KPIs for all Carrier Solutions employees.
