Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and administer career development programs

• Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory bodies
• Supervise department staff and evaluate performance
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports as directed
• Identify critical problems and coordinate solutions
• Coordinate placement verification and documentation with compliance
