Job summary

Platinum Communities is seeking a Director to oversee daily operations of our assisted living community in Wisconsin. This leadership role supports the Administrator with care coordination, staff management, and regulatory compliance to maintain high resident care standards.

The Director collaborates with leadership, care teams, residents, and families to ensure safe, supportive environments while guiding operations, governance, and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing administration, or a related field.
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care leadership preferred.
• Knowledge of Wisconsin DHS 83/89 regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operational performance of the community.
• Lead the community in the Administrator's absence.
• Create and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Wisconsin DHS 83/89 regulations and policies.
