Job summary

Platinum Communities is seeking an Executive Director to provide overall leadership for our assisted living community. You will oversee daily operations, ensure resident safety and high-quality care, and lead a team of professionals toward exceptional service and regulatory compliance.

You will manage budgets, drive occupancy and financial performance, and foster a person-centered care environment with a culture of respect and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in senior living, healthcare, or related field.
• Knowledge of assisted living regulations and healthcare management.
• Licensed or certified as an assisted living administrator, preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the facility.
• Oversee daily operations and resident satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal rules.
• Manage annual budget and monitor financial performance.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive occupancy.
