Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Acute Care Hospital experience specializing in cardiovascular services.
• RN license in Arizona; BLS/ACLS certifications.
• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget preparation and adherence based on volume.
• Manage supply chain and departmental resources.
• Plan work assignments with consideration of timeliness and financial impact.
• Mentor and develop staff; monitor turnover and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and safety guidelines.
