Fox Point Recruitment LLC is recruiting for a Director of Nursing to oversee Inpatient Med/Surg and Telemetry units in Tucson, AZ. The role partners with executive nursing leadership to advance patient safety, quality, and operational excellence.

The position requires RN licensure in the state, at least two years of progressive leadership in a hospital setting, and CPR certification, with a BSN preferred. Relocation is possible for ideal candidates.

Formación

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum two years of progressive leadership experience in a hospital setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Understanding of hospital operations and patient care management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and oversight for assigned inpatient nursing departments.
• Collaborate on strategic planning and performance improvement initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing practice standards.
• Ensure delivery of safe, effective, patient-centered care.
• Monitor staffing, productivity and resource utilization.
• Foster engagement, development and clinical competency.
• Promote compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Mentor and model professional nursing behavior.
