The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 8-10 years of experience in capital project engineering, preferably in the coffee industry. Qualifications
8-10 years of Capital Project Engineering experience in the food and beverage industry; coffee industry experience strongly preferred.
PMP certification preferred.
Familiarity with PMI’s PMBOK Guide to project management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
Create work breakdown structures and manage budgets and forecasts.
Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to align performance.
Ensure all project personnel receive appropriate orientation.
