New Life Frederick, a growing Foursquare church in Frederick, Maryland, is seeking a full-time Director of Campus Management to coordinate facilities and property operations across its six-building campus, including New Life Christian School. Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and facility improvement projects; manage property inventory and records; train staff on equipment use; assist with facilities budgeting; oversee safety, security, and emergency protocols.
• Summer duties include primary construction project contact for New Life Christian School with contract administration.
• Secure campus each evening (Sun–Thu) and be available for on-call needs; report to Executive Pastor and collaborate with Head of School.

New Life Frederick, a growing Foursquare church in Frederick, Maryland, is seeking a full-time Director of Campus Management to serve as the coordinator for all facility and property operations across its six-building campus. The campus supports both weekend church ministry and New Life Christian School, making this a uniquely dynamic and impactful facilities role.

Averaging 650 in weekly attendance and in the early stages of a significant building project, New Life Frederick is at an exciting inflection point. The Director of Campus Management will play a central role in stewarding the church’s physical campus as it prepares to step into its next season of regional ministry.

New Life Frederick is affiliated with the Foursquare denomination and the Association of Related Churches (ARC). The church holds a high view of Scripture, a continuationist position on spiritual gifts, and the historic Christian view of marriage and human sexuality. Candidates must be able to affirm and align with the church’s theological convictions.

Role Summary
The Director of Campus Management oversees ongoing maintenance, emergency repairs, and the overall operation of all church buildings and grounds. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating contractors and tradespeople; performing hands-on maintenance such as painting, lighting replacement, and general repairs; overseeing exterior grounds including lawn care, snow removal, and water management; and managing the weekly cleaning and room-configuration process for both school and church use. The role also includes overseeing construction and facility improvement projects; managing property inventory and records; training staff on equipment use; assisting with facilities budget planning; and overseeing all campus safety, security, and emergency protocols.

During summer months, the Director serves as the primary contact for construction projects at New Life Christian School, including developing and administering contracts. The position also requires securing the campus each evening, Sunday through Thursday, and remaining available for on-call needs. The Director of Campus Management reports to the Executive Pastor, works closely with the Head of School, and currently oversees the facilities and custodial staff.

The salary is $75,000. Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a committed follower of Jesus Christ with demonstrated spiritual maturity. The role requires practical trade skills across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry, and painting, as well as a working knowledge of building operations. Strong organizational skills, self-directed initiative, and the ability to manage and delegate to volunteers and contractors are essential. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required.
