Job summary

Southeast Primary Care Partners is seeking a BI Director to lead the BI team and drive data-driven decisions across the organization. You will own reporting, analytics, and data governance, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and alignment with the business plan.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, expertise in SSRS/Power BI, SSIS integration, and experience with data warehousing and big data tools. This role reports to the COO and requires strategic vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
• Experience in data analysis, mining (T-SQL, MDX, DAX) and visualization (SSRS & Power BI).
• Experience with data integration using SSIS.
• Knowledge of BI concepts and communicating them to diverse audiences.
• Experience in business data modeling and metadata structuring.
• Leadership or managerial experience in BI/ERP environments.
• Familiarity with Big Data tools like Kafka, S3, data lake, Python, R.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards as they relate to data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a BI team to deliver reports and analytics aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee data warehouse, reports, dashboards, cubes, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Guide data analysis and visualization using SSRS, Power BI; ensure data quality and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical BI solutions.
• Advocate BI best practices and compliance across data reporting initiatives.
• Stay updated on Big Data tools and technologies to drive innovation.
