Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Director of Business Development for MortgagePro to expand our lender-focused client base. You will develop territory strategies, generate qualified leads, and drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing, with frequent travel.

You will leverage a SaaS-driven approach, CRM proficiency, and strong presentation skills to win new business and expand the MortgagePro footprint across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in a related digital/data services business development/outside sales role.
• Experience in mortgage/finance/home building industries valued.
• Ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business selling MortgagePro to lenders, banks, and financial institutions.
• Develop and execute a sales plan for the territory.
• Generate 9 face-to-face appointments weekly and maintain pipeline in Salesforce.com.
• Drive full sales cycle from introductory calls to closing deals.
• Schedule and perform in-person and web demonstrations.
• Travel within territory and industry conventions to grow business.
