Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an autonomous Director to lead a Texas branch, responsible for business development, staffing, client intake, and financial oversight. You will receive ongoing corporate training and support while building relationships with referral partners and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Relocation to start is required. The role combines leadership with strategic marketing, partnership development, and team building to grow the local presence and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead the branch with ongoing corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard staff and ensure shifts are properly staffed; monitor on-call responsibilities.
• Build strong client relationships, perform intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee the office budget and reflect it in profit and loss statements.
• Create a high-performance workplace culture and set team morale.

Responsibilities:

As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.

Business Development:Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.

Referral building:Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).

Staffing and Scheduling:Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.

In-home Assessments:Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.

Financial Management:Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
