A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development and Marketing in Phoenix. This role involves developing strategies for client engagement and partnerships, integrating teams across various practices to enhance business opportunities, and ensuring effective implementation of marketing initiatives.
Snell & Wilmer, one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the Western United States, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Business Development and Marketing based in our Phoenix office .
Working together with firm leadership and the broader business development/marketing team, the position will focus on supporting and aligning attorney, practice group, industry group, and office business development and marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of business development and marketing leadership experience in a professional services environment (law firm preferred), strong business and legal acumen, and the proven ability to mobilize the firm's business development and marketing strategy.
